New Year's Eve at Cornerstone Baptist Church!

It's New Year's Eve Everyone!!!!

As has become tradition, our church family gathers on every holiday to celebrate together. That is the kind of church we have and why we love it so much. On New Year's Eve we get together and eat lots of food (hey...we ARE Baptists, LOL!), sing karaoke (and trust me...no one is shy!;0) ), play games, and ring in the new year loving one another the way Christ loves us. It is so heartwarming and I hope that each and every person out there gets to experience the love and family like we share in our small church. Y'all come visit anytime!

Christmas is coming!

Christmas Greetings!

Well, as you know, Christmas is only a few days away. That means lots of hustling and bustling, wrapping, and baking, and very excited children!!!

The girls have enjoyed learning more about the true meaning of Christmas, Jesus' birthday. It's so nice to be able to see them grasp the reality a little more each year. Of course, they are still kids and love those presents!!! Then again, I think we parents love those, too!

In the next few days we will be having 4 Christmas'. Then I think we'll need 4 days to recuperate! LOL

After the first of the year it's back to work! We've really got to hit the books b/c we've had a VERY relaxed fall term. No one wants to end up doing school this summer!

I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. May you all be well through the holidays and enjoy your time with friends and family. Keep warm and remember the reason for the season!

Cookie Decorating Party

We had fun Thursday decorating cookies with friends. It was very festive!
